Pro Clean Gear’s utilizes the latest
generation Esporta ES3250 system to effectively clean and sanitize both sports
gear and professional/ safety equipment. Our machine, unlike traditional washing
machines, features eight individual compartments. During the cleaning process,
individual sets of equipment are placed into separate mesh wash bags to further
protect from movement during the cleaning process, thereby decreasing the
potential for any damage to your gear.
Pro Clean Gear’s revolutionary system utilizes specially
formulated liquid based detergents and sanitizers. As your gear is gently
rotated, exclusive enzyme based soaps and disinfectants are released to clean,
sanitize and deodorize your equipment, effectively killing 99.9% of the bacteria
present.
When the cleaning and sanitizing cycles are complete, the machine
extracts the water, leaving approximately a 10% moisture content in your
equipment to keep leathers soft and prevent overheating of plastics used in the
equipment.
Pro Clean Gear has developed it’s own Proprietary Dry-Finishing
System which ensures your gear is returned dry. Our Dry-Finishing system does
not use heat or tumbling action; therefore you can rest assured that your
equipment will not be damaged during the cleaning process.
